Since he can remember, CEO John Swain has always had a vision to create New England's most trusted and respected resort marketing company. In 2010, John transformed his dreams to reality when he opened the very first office of J C Swain Enterprise LLC. The company started out as a very humble boutique marketing company comprised of only five (5) employees in the attic of his home. This 5-person team provided extensive marketing for FantaSea Resorts, the premier independent provider of Vacation Ownership products and services in the Northeast. With an innovative approach to resort marketing combined with the innate ability to attract some of the country's top resort marketing representatives to join the business, J C Swain Enterprise, LLC has grown into one of the most talented marketing offices in the vacation industry. Now with over 120 employees and marketing responsibilities for over 20 different resorts, J C Swain Enterprise, LLC has fulfilled the dream originally started by John Swain five years ago and has become one of the most talented vacation ownership marketing companies in the country.
Because J C Swain Enterprise receives many outsourcing requests by large vacation ownership companies to attract potential time share buyers to tour their resorts, they have structured their firm to maximize results. Within J C Swain Enterprise, there are the executives, team leaders, a confirming department, a data entry department, and sales representatives. Through the leadership abilities and timeshare industry expertise of J C Swain's team leaders, the sales and marketing representatives are able to provide first-class customer and management services to resorts and vacationers alike.
